Saudi Arabia food is mainly a blend of reginal and international influences. Throughout my childhood I was lucky enough to taste those mesmerizing food. This blog is simply going to be the introductory blog towards the Saudi Cuisine from my point of view.
Kabsa:
The rice item that captures my taste buds till now is Kabsa. It is considered as the national food Saudi Arabia. Traditionally, it is severed in a huge plate and eaten collectively by family members or the guests, who are invited. As a result, it is simply the symbol of hospitality, togetherness, and the mentality of sharing.
Sweet Dishes:
Baklava:
It indeed has a rich taste as well as history. Most people say that origin of this dish is Ottoman Empire, but some disagree with that statement. Though over the decades, Baklava spreads throughout the Middle East for its classical taste. A passionate and skilled baker is needed to make it, as the signature of this lies in the layers of this dish.
Kunafa:
If you have a sweet-tooth or have a passion to explore sweet, Kunafa is must try one. It is a mixture of crispy, soft pattern, which easily melts in the mouth. It has a significate role in culture. In Middle East people enjoy it in any family gatherings and also in the meal of iftar during the whole Ramadan month.

Falafel is a famous dish in Saudi Arabia as well as the Center East. Falafel is typically served as a light dish or snack in Saudi Arabia. Alternately, it could be included in a variety of shawarma items.
To conclude, Saudi Arabia cuisine is a treasure of flavor, tradition, culture. from aromatic spices to dessert, Saudi food offers a unique experience in every aspect.
